Your Role

To strengthen our Redesignation & Redevelopment team, we’re looking for a Project Manager.

You’ll take full ownership of the project from start to finish:

• You handle all contract-related documents concerning legal, financial, safety, technical, and quality requirements, and ensure all permits are in place and accurate.
• You monitor budgets, project results, and financial reporting, keeping a close eye on profitability.
• You lead a team of operational staff and/or subcontractors — directly or through a Site Manager — making sure the right people are in the right place.
• You identify project risks and take proactive steps to solve problems.
• As a technical expert, you oversee complex aspects during execution and advise your teams.
• You act as the main point of contact for the client.
• You ensure everything is carried out in line with our policies on safety, health, quality, and the environment.

Your Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Construction).
• You have several years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in
• construction or in renovation and restoration projects.
• You are highly organized and have strong communication skills.
• You’re a true team player.
• You are proactive, forward-thinking, and able to assess situations accurately.
• You speak fluent Dutch and/or French and English.

• You manage the project from A to Z — planning, quality, safety, and budget all fall under your responsibility.
