Mechanic Abroad
About Denys
Due to Denys' strong growth in Germany, we are looking for new colleagues to strengthen our team.
Your Role
As a Mechanic, you are responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of an extensive fleet of machinery at our international project sites. You will work on a wide range of mobile and heavy equipment, including crawler cranes, lattice boom cranes, and sidebooms, as well as smaller equipment such as generators, compressors, pumps, and other construction machinery. You ensure that all equipment remains safe, reliable, and fully operational at all times.
Your Profile
You hold a degree in (automotive) mechanics, electromechanics, or an equivalent technical qualification.
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a service technician, mechanic, or maintenance technician working on heavy equipment.
You have strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and hydraulic systems and preferably also in electrical systems.
You work accurately, are quality-conscious, and have a strong focus on safety.
You are able to work independently, take initiative, and set priorities.
You are flexible and willing to work on our international project sites for extended periods.
You perform well both independently and as part of a team and are willing to be assigned to various international projects.
You hold a Category B driving licence. A Category C licence is a strong asset; if you do not yet have one, you are willing to obtain it.
Knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, and welding is considered an additional advantage.
You remain calm under pressure and adopt a solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.
You have a good command of English; knowledge of the local language is an asset.
