As a Junior Welder/Helper, you will work as part of the welding crew and provide essential support to welders and grinders. Your tasks include:

• Preparing materials and replacing gas bottles.
• Assisting with welding preparations and post-welding finishing work.
• Operating tracked vehicles to move materials around the site.
• After 3 to 5 years, you will have the opportunity to grow into a position as a certified high-pressure welder.

Your Profile

• Ideally, you have a welding diploma (e.g., construction welding or similar).
• You are motivated, eager to learn, and have a strong interest in technical work.
• You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a team.
• You live between Antwerp and Ghent.
• You have a driver's licence.
