Your Role

• As a team leader within the water pipelines department, you are responsible for the efficient operation of your crew, which consists of 2 to 4 people.
• You motivate and coordinate your team’s activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and efficiently.
• Together with your crew, you will carry out various excavation and general works related to water pipelines and collectors in the Antwerp region.
• You also prepare work reports.

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience as a team leader in excavation or utility works
• You speak fluent Dutch; knowledge of French and/or English is a plus
• You have a valid driving license BE
• You are reliable and can work both independently and in a team
• You have strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• You are willing to work daily in the Antwerp area
