Denys is an international construction company specializing in complex construction projects. Our German branch plays a key role in the expansion of Germany’s energy infrastructure by contributing to complex tunnelling projects.
Your Role
Site Management: You coordinate and oversee all construction activities within your section of the site, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
Team Leadership: As the link between the client, subcontractors, and your own skilled workers, you ensure efficient collaboration on-site.
Compliance Monitoring: You consistently apply and monitor compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g. VOB, DIN standards).
Material and Equipment Management: With a strong focus on efficiency, you plan material usage, coordinate deliveries, and supervise the use of machinery and personnel.
Costing and Invoicing: You are responsible for recording performed services and variations, and assist in the billing process.
Communication: Close coordination with clients, authorities, and internal project teams ensures smooth construction progress without delays.
Your Profile
Educational Background: A completed degree in civil engineering, a technical diploma, or further training as a foreman/supervisor in civil engineering.
Experience in Civil Engineering: Several years of hands-on experience in site management of infrastructure or civil engineering projects is an advantage.
Leadership Skills & Assertiveness: You can motivate teams on-site and lead them effectively.
Organisational Talent: Structured planning, cost control, and solution-oriented thinking are among your core strengths.
Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication with clients, authorities, and project teams comes naturally to you.
Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to be regularly present on-site and possession of a valid German driving licence ensure the necessary mobility for the role.
