Junior Project Control Engineer
Help keep complex projects on track by monitoring planning, progress, and performance. Grow into a project controls expert and make an impact on challenging construction and infrastructure projects.
Your Role
As a Junior Project Control Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop your career in the field of project controls. Initially, your main focus will be on learning how to develop, monitor, and optimize project schedules. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and multidisciplinary project teams on challenging technical projects.
As you grow in the role, you will gradually expand your expertise into other areas of project controls, including cost control, risk management, forecasting, and project reporting.
You will be based in Wondelgem (Belgium HQ) or Isernhagen (Germany HQ) and will regularly visit our project sites.
What will you do?
Support the development and maintenance of project schedules.
Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks.
Analyze project data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
Perform risk analyses and support project teams in proactively managing risks.
Prepare project status reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with change management, claims, and contractual matters.
Your profile
You hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or another relevant technical field.
You have strong analytical skills and work accurately.
You have an interest in project management and complex technical projects.
You are curious, eager to learn, and enjoy taking initiative.
You communicate fluently in English.
