Your Responsibilities
On-Site Construction Management: Coordinate and supervise all construction activities within your assigned section of the large-scale construction site, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality standards and budgets.
Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead construction and installation teams and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal specialists to ensure efficient collaboration.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labour, environmental, health and safety regulations, including DIN standards, and consistently monitor their implementation.
Material and Equipment Management: Plan material requirements, coordinate deliveries and monitor the cost-effective deployment of machinery, equipment and personnel.
Cost Calculation and Billing: Support the recording of completed work, the review of variations and the billing of construction services.
Communication and Coordination: Maintain continuous coordination with clients, authorities, subcontractors and internal project teams to ensure smooth construction operations.
Your Qualifications
Professional Qualification: A degree in civil engineering, a qualification as a state-certified construction technician, or advanced vocational training as a construction foreman or master craftsman in civil engineering.
Professional Experience: Several years of experience managing infrastructure or civil engineering construction projects.
Leadership Skills and Assertiveness: Proven experience leading teams and efficiently managing complex construction sites.
Organisational and Commercial Mindset: Strong planning and organisational skills, cost awareness and a solution-oriented approach.
Technical Expertise: Sound knowledge of construction processes and regulations, as well as confidence using digital tools such as MS Office, construction billing software and site management applications.
Communication Skills: You communicate confidently in Spanish and English (at least B2 level) and coordinate clearly and effectively with clients, authorities and internal teams.
Flexibility and Mobility: Willingness to regularly work at and oversee project sites, as well as possession of a valid driving licence.
